摘 要:在高职经济管理类专业中应用CBE教学模式,会产生学生长期发展与短期上岗之间的矛盾,也会产生能力比重界定的困难,教学资源包开发困难,技能训练的师资和教学场所要求更高,学生较难适应自主学习等问题。通过建立经管类专业技能标准,提升教师专业技能,优化基础与实践课程模块,进行学习方法的引导等方式从一定程度上可解决上述问题。The application of CBE teaching mode to business adm inistration major in higher vocational education has caused some problems. It produces the contradiction between students' long-term development and short-term post. It is difficult to define the ability proportion and develop teaching resources package. The teachers and teaching place for skills training are more dem anding. It is difficult for students to adapt to autonom ous learning. The above problems can be solved to a certain extent through the establishment of professional standards of business adm inistration, the improvement of teachers' professional skills, optimization of the foundation and practice course module, and the guide of study methods.
