摘　　要：作为实体经济组织,农民专业合作社在服务和经营过程中,不可避免要处理各方面的关系,包括内部和外部关系,如何处理好这些关系将直接影响到其能否稳定运转和能否在市场经济环境中充分发挥好其功能。As a real economy organization,it is inevitable for professional farmers cooperatives to well balance various kinds of relationships in the process of service and management,including internal and external relations. How to deal with these matters will directly affect the stability of operation and can determine whether it can fully play its function in the market economy environment .
