摘　　要：目的提高护士的积极性、创造性,实现工作效率和效果的最大化,保证优质护理的落实。方法设计护士工作态度评价表,使用该表考核得分作为每月护士绩效考核重要的一部分。结果应用后科室护士积极性、服务意识明显增强。结论护士绩效考核工作态度评价量表在护士绩效考核管理中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To improve nurse＇s enthusiasm and creativity, to achieve maximization of work efficiency and effect, and to en sure quality nursing care. Methods A nurse＇s work attitude measure was designed, and the results monthly presented by use of the measure were served as an important part of nurse＇s performance. Results Nurse＇s enthusiasm and sense of service were obviously improved after implementing the measure. Conclusion The performance evaluation oriented work attitude measure has an important value in performance-based management of nurses.
