摘　　要：目的构建一套科学合理的手术室护士危机管理能力评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法对26名专家进行2轮函询,确定手术室护士危机管理能力评价指标体系的各级指标及权重。结果专家函询的熟悉系数为0.815,判断系数为0.811,权威系数为0.813,形成了由4个一级指标、17个二级指标、42条评价标准组成的评价指标体系。结论专家的积极性和权威程度高,意见的协调程度好;结果可为手术室护士岗位培训提供依据,提高护理安全管理水平。Objective To formulate a scientific crisis management competence evaluation index system for operating room nurses. Methods Twenty-six experts were consulted by two rounds of expert consultation through the Delphi method, to finally established a crisis management competence evaluation index system for operating room nurses. Then the weight of each index was deter- mined. Results During expert consultation, the familiar degree coefficient reached 0. 815, the Kendall＇s W coefficient was 0. 811, and the average coefficient of experts authorities （Cr） was 0. 813. The crisis management competence evaluation index system in- eluded 4 first level indicators, 17 second-level indicators, and 42 items. Conclusion There is a high level of involvement, authority and coordination from the experts. The crisis management competence evaluation index system could provide objective standards for training of operating room nurses, and it could improve the level of nursing safety management.
