摘 要:利用模糊线性回归分析给出了切削力的不确定范围。试验结果表明:对于给定的切削条件,预测的切削力是在一个可变的范围之内波动的不确定值,而并非传统方法计算得到的确定数值。这对深入研究金属切削原理、预测切削力及优化切削参数等具有重要的现实意义。Aiming at cutting force in machining performances uncertainty phenomenon due to random interference factors .In order to determine the uncertain region of the cutting force ,the fuzzy line regression theory is applied to the research of cutting force prediction ,The method uses the symmetric fuzzy number to establish the relationship between the three elements of cutting force and the cutting force ,the uncertainty range of cutting force is obtained by linear programming .Meanwhile ,the experimental results shows that the method is effective for cutting force uncertainty prediction .It has important practical significance to the study of metal cutting theory、prediction of cutting force and cutting parameters optimization .
