摘 要:对电镀工业园项目环境影响评价工作重点进行了分析,通过以下内容对园区内项目的环境影响评估方法进行了探讨:项目选址和布局的合理性,园区规模与污水处理能力的评估,污染源(包括废气、废水和固体废弃物)分析及防治,环境风险评价等。对入园企业提出以下建议:项目的生产工艺应符合国家产业政策;企业应对原料使用,资源消耗与综合利用,以及污染物的产生与处置进行论证,优先采用清洁生产工艺;相同或相近的电镀企业应布置在同一地块,以利于污染物的处理。The keys of evaluation of environmental influence of electroplating industrial park were analyzed. The following contents were discussed: rationality of location selection and layout of projects; evaluation of park scale and wastewater treatment; analysis and disposal of pollution sources (including waste gases, wastewater, and solid wastes); and evaluation of environmental risk. Some suggestions for the corporations entering the park were presented as follows: the production processes must accord with the national industry policy, and the enterprises should argue on the utilization of raw materials, consumption and comprehensive use of resources, and production and treatment of contaminants, and adopt cleaner production processes; and the corporations with the same or similar production processes should be located in the same block for the convenience of treating the pollutants.
