试论高等教育大众化背景下拔尖人才的培养

摘　　要：高等教育的大众化并非意味着对拔尖人才培养的忽略,恰恰相反,社会发展更加迫切需要重视培养拔尖人才。但由于人才培养目标不明确、支持体系不健全等原因,当前我国高等教育人才培养存在着教育资源有限、重知识轻能力、一专而不多能等问题,这不利于拔尖人才的脱颖而出。因此,必须从整合优质教育资源、明确育人目标、创新人才培养模式、建立长效联系机制等方面着手,全面提升人才培养质量,积极推进拔尖人才的培养。The higher education doesnt mean ignoring the training of outstanding talents, instead, it attaches great importance to the outstanding talents training. However, the training objec is not explicit and the support system is not sound, which lead to a lot of problems of the talents training for higher education, such as shortage of education resources, giving priority to knowledge rather than ability and so on. All the above are not be of benefit to the outstanding talents standing out of the crowd. It is necessary to integrate the superior quality education resources, clear educational target, innovate talent training mode and establish a long-term contact mechanism, so that the talent quality will be improved greatly and the outstanding talents training will make progress rapidly.
