摘  要:为了实现高效、快速地去除轴类中空零件圆周阵列小孔毛刺,采用固定阴极式方法,设计了阵列电极的自动定位装置并搭建起了电化学去毛刺实验装置,以螺杆轴为例进行了实验验证,得出加工时间随电压变化的近似计算公式,分析了电解电流对毛刺去除的影响;对单小孔与多小孔去毛刺进行了对比实验,得到了电解电流、加工时间随小孔数变化的规律;加工时通过适当增大电压可快速去除阵列小孔毛刺,说明电化学方法去除螺杆轴毛刺具有重要的使用价值和良好的应用前景。To efficiently and rapidly remove the burrs of circular arrayed holes in axial hollow parts which belong to the type of ax- le, this paper adopted the method of fixed cathode, designed the automatic positioning device of array electrodes, and set up an ex- perimental deburring device based on ECM. Though the experiments on the screw shaft, the approximate calculation formula of pro- cessing time varying with the voltage change was obtained and the influence of electrolytic current on the burrs removal was analyzed. Comparing the deburring experiments of single hole with multiple ones, the results showed the law for the electrolytic current and the processing time changing with the number of holes. During processing, increasing the voltage appropriately can remove the array holes' burrs quickly, which shows that there are important value and good application prospects in using electrochemical method to remove the burr of screw shaft.
