摘 要:以市售黄色切花菊为试材,采用室内瓶插的方法,研究了近20种有代表性的切花菊瓶插保鲜液对其瓶插寿命、花径大小和水分吸收的影响。结果显示,处理10和处理16在延长切花菊瓶插寿命方面作用比较明显,处理8在增大切花菊花径和促进植株吸水方面更具优势。综合考虑观赏性、观赏期、环境效益等各方面因素后认为,在选用的保鲜液中,处理8、处理10和处理16是相对较理想的切花菊保鲜液。Using yellow cut chrysanthemums as test materials and indoor vase as method,the effects of nearly 20 typical freshkeeping agents on the vase life, the flower diameter and the water absorption of the cut chrysanthemums were studied. The results showed that treatment 10 and 16 played an important role in prolonging the vase life of cut chrysanthemum,and treatment 8 had advantage to increase the flower diameter and promote the water uptake. Taking into consideration of various factors,such as ornamental value,ornamental aspect and environmental benefit,treatment 8,10 and 16 were relatively ideal fresh-keeping agents of cut chrysanthemum.
