摘  要:目的探索OLP患者局部病损组织中辅助性T细胞亚群Th1细胞和Th2细胞的可能作用。方法募集43例OLP患者和13名健康志愿者。采用实时定量PCR实验检测病损组织中CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群Th1、Th2细胞的特征性转录因子T-bet、GATA3的表达情况。结果转录因子T-bet在OLP局部组织中的表达显著高于正常粘膜,而且均与OLP的临床分型密切相关。通过对T-bet与GATA3的比值进行分析发现OLP组织中T-bet/GATA3比值均明显高于对照组,而且萎缩糜烂型OLP组与对照组的差异具有统计学意义。结论 Th1细胞参与了OLP的局部免疫反应,在OLP的致病过程中存在Th1细胞优势的Th1/Th2细胞失衡。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the possible role of Thl and Th2 cells in OLP lesions. Methods Forty three patients with OLP and thirteen healthy volunteers were recruited in this study. We utilized real-time quantitative PCR to determine the expressions of T-bet and GATA3, which were the lineage-specific transcription factor for Thl and Th2, respectively. Results The results showed that the expressions of T-bet in OLP lesions were significant higher than that in normal oral mucosa, and correlated with the clinical classification of OLP. Additionally, the ratios of T-bet/GATA3 were analysed. We found that the ratios of T-bet/GATA3 in two groups of OLP were higher than that in control group, and the difference between atrophic-erosive OLP and control group displayed statistical significance. Conclusion Our results demonstrate that Thl participate in the immune response in OLP lesions. Thl/Th2 imbalance with a predominance of Thl may play an important role in the pathogenesis of OLP.
