摘　　要：目的:了解家庭肠内营养(HEN)支持病人的疾病分布、营养状况和并发症。方法:以问卷的形式对行HEN支持病人进行调查,记录病人的人体测量资料,EN资料以及相关并发症情况。结果:行HEN支持的31例病人,神经系统或脑血管病21例,热量摄入不足者18例,体型消瘦和体重偏轻者21例。23例病人出现并发症。结论:HEN支持效果并不理想,迫切需要专业人员给予系统的监测、随访和指导,同时对病人及其照顾者给予相关知识的宣传教育和相关的技术培训。Objective： To investigate the diseases distribution, nutritional status and complica- tions in home enteral nutrition （HEN） support patients. Methods： The patients＇general information, anthropometric measurements, enteral nutrition formula and incidence of complications were recorded. Results： Of the 31 HEN support patients,21 had the central nervous system and cerebrovascular disea- ses, 18 were energy insufficient, 21 were malnutrition, and 23 had the complications. Conclusion： Professionals who could provide systematical monitoring ,follow-up and guidance were needed urgently.
