摘　　要：弥漫性腱鞘巨细胞瘤是一种关节滑膜、关节囊和腱鞘的良性、局部侵袭性病变。发生于颞下窝及颅底者罕见。本文报告1例颞下窝-颅底弥漫性腱鞘巨细胞瘤病例,并结合文献,对其临床表现、影像学特征、病理改变和治疗进行讨论。Diffuse tenosynovial giant cell tumor is a kind of benign ,local invasion venereal change of the joint synovial, articular capsule and tendon sheath,which rarely occurred in the infratemporal fossa and skull base.This paper reported a case of diffuse tenosynovial giant cell tumor located in the infratemporal fossa and skull base.Clinical presentation, radiological features, histopathological findings and treatment were discussed with review of the literature.
