摘 要:目的:检测腰椎椎骨错缝对大鼠血浆黏度的影响。方法:36只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为旋转固定组、单纯固定组和假手术组,每组12只。旋转固定组和单纯固定组大鼠腰椎L4~L6节段植入的椎体外部连接固定装置,旋转固定组大鼠使L5棘突向右侧旋转,造成L5棘突与L4和L6棘突的不共线;单纯固定组大鼠单纯植入椎体外部连接固定装置不进行旋转。分别于固定后1周、4周、8周和12周结束时,检测各组大鼠的血浆黏度变化。结果:固定4周和8周之后,旋转固定组和单纯固定组大鼠的血浆黏度皆高于假手术组大鼠(P〈0.05)。固定1周和12周后比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:腰椎椎骨错缝可引起大鼠血浆黏度的上升,导致血脉瘀阻。Objective:To detect the effect of lumbar vertebrae semidislocation on the plasma viscosity in rat model. Methods: Thirty six SPF level SD male rats were randomly and averagely divided into rotary fixation group, simple fixation group and control group. In rotary fixation group the external link fixation system was implanted into the L4-L6 of rat with the L5 spinous process rotated to the right side, which made the L4, L6 and L5 spinous process not in a straight line. In simple fixation group, the external link fixation system was implanted into the L4-L6 of rat without rotated. The plasma viscosi- ty was examined in the 1st week, 4th week, 8th week and 12th week after fixation. Results:The rotary fixation group and simple fixation group's plasma viscosity were higher than sham group after 4 and 8 weeks (P〈0.05). No significant differ-ences was revealed after 1 or 12 weeks fixation (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The lumbar vertebrae semidislocation could enhance the plasma viscosity which may lead to blood stasis resistance.
