摘　　要：分析与把握西藏生态环境脆弱性的特征,结合国内外先进规划理念,可以为西藏地区基于生态环境保护的土地整治规划设计提供参考。利用现有文献资料,探究了西藏地形地貌、土壤质地及气候条件等方面的脆弱性,并提出了基于当地生态环境脆弱性的土地整治规划内容与方案。结果表明该研究对于西藏这类生态环境脆弱区具有现实意义,应积极探索土地整治与生态环境保护建设有效结合的规划设计方式,扩充生态脆弱区土地整治的内涵。Analyses and knowledge of the characteristics of fragile ecological environment of Tibet,combined with the advanced planning concepts domestic and overseas,can provide references for the land consolidation planning in Tibet based on ecoenvironment protection.This paper uses the existing literature to make a thorough inquiry of the fragility in topography,soil texture and climatic conditions of Tibet,and proposes the content and scheme of land consolidation planning based on the local eco-environment fragility.The research shows that it is of great practical significance to study the land consolidation project planning based on the eco-environment fragility,and that it is necessary to actively explore the mode of planning which effectively combines land consolidation and the protection and construction of the eco-environment so as to expand the land consolidation connotations in ecologically fragile areas.
