摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在帕金森病患者治疗过程中的作用。方法临床药师在帕金森病治疗过程中,与临床医师共同探讨,制订个体化的治疗方案。结果通过实施药学监护,优化了治疗方案,促进了合理用药。结论临床药师协助医师,发挥药学专业特长,可最大程度地减少并发症及药品不良反应的发生。ObjeCtive To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists during the treatment course of Parkinson＇s disease. Methods Clini- cal pharmacists and clinicians explored together and formulated the individualized treatment scheme. Results Through the implementa- tion of pharmaceutical care, the treatment scheme was optimized and the rational drug use was promoted. Conclusion Clinical pharma- cists assist physicians to play pharmacy professional expertise, which can minimize the complications and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
