摘  要:教学督导工作在高等学校教学质量保障和监控体系中发挥了重要作用。但当前学校的教学督导工作却普遍存在"评价难、落实难、易得罪人"等问题。在进行监督与检查过程中,又普遍存在"重检查、轻指导,重发现问题、轻解决问题"等现象。文章从提高认识、建立健全机制、发挥职能作用、加强队伍建设、处理好四对关系等方面进行深入思考,提出强化教学督导体系建设,深化教学改革,提高教学质量的建议,以提升高校教学督导执行力。Teaching supervision has played an important role in colleges teaching quality guarantee and monitoring system . But the current school teaching supervision work has follow problems evaluation of difficultity,difficult to implement,and easy to upset people.In the process of supervision and inspection there are phenomenons such as"heavy checking,less guideness, found the problems,but not to solve the problems".The articles gives the deep thinkings from raising awareness,establishing a sound mechanism,playing a role of function and strengthen team construction,and put forward strengthen the teaching supervision system,deepen the reform of the teaching and suggestions for the improvement of teaching quality,in order to improve the teaching supervision in colleges and universities execution.
