嵌体蜡制作铸造桩核熔模的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在桩冠制作的过程中,应用嵌体蜡制作桩核熔模的临床体会。方法对临床60例患者80颗患牙进行铸造桩冠修复,桩核熔模转换体应用嵌体蜡制作,观察在制作过程中蜡体变异程度,以及是否能在温度的改变下降低铸造成品的返工次数。结果嵌体蜡制作桩核铸造熔模的稳定性比一般口腔应用常用蜡要稳定,铸造成品能达到医生预想,能降低铸造成品的返工次数。结论在临床上应用嵌体蜡制作铸造桩核熔模,能弥补常用蜡在制作中的缺点,减少临床铸造成品的返工次数,提高工作效率。Objective To evaluate the use of inlay casting wax in the investment casting process to fabricate post cores and crowns. Methods Inlay casting wax was used for the construction of post core patterns of eighty post cores and crowns in sixty patients. The rate of the dimensional changes of the wax pattern and the rate of recasting were recorded （observed, focused on）. Results The rate of the dimensional changes of inlay wax is lower than common dental casting waxes in the process of investment casting. The use of inlay wax can decrease the casting failure rate. Conclusion Using inlay wax for the investment casting of post cores is able to avoid the shortage of common dental casting waxes, decrease the casting failure rate, and improve clinical efficiency.
