Determination of Selenite,Selenate and Humic Substance-bound Selenium in Natural Waters and Soil Extracts at Ng / L Levels

摘  要:天然水和土壤提取液中的亚硒酸态硒和硒酸态硒用Dowex 1X8树脂填充色谱柱分离,腐植酸结合态硒用Supelite XAD-8树脂色谱柱分离,经酸消解后以2,3-二氨基萘荧光分光光度法测定.水样中总硒、亚硒酸态硒、硒酸态硒和腐植酸结合态硒的检出限分别为7.36,9.12,3.60和6.69 ng/L,分别用每100mL加入50 ng总硒、亚硒酸态硒和硒酸态硒的超纯水测定其回收率为95.1%-104.1%(n=5).测定河水总硒、亚硒酸态硒、硒酸态硒和腐植酸结合态硒的变异系数分别为2.11%,4.76%,4.20%和6.93%(n=5),各形态的河水样品加标回收率为95.1%-102.6%.A method for accurately analyzing total selenium (Se),selenite (SeO32-),selenate (SeO42-) and humic substance-bound Se in natural waters and soil extracts at ppt levels using fluorometry was developed.The separation of SeO32-and SeO42-was achieved through Dowex 1X8 resin column while the separation of humic substancebound Se was done by SupeliteTM XAD-8 column.The separated species and the total Se were acid digested and measured by 2,3-diaminonapthalane fluorometry.The detection limit(3,n =10) for total Se,SeO32-,SeO42-,and humic substance-bound Se were 7.36,9.12,3.60,and 6.69ng/L,respectively.The accuracy of the method was tested by using 50ng of total Se,SeO32-,and SeO42-standard added 100mL solutions,and the results showed a recovery of 95.1-104.1% (n =5).The coefficient of variation of 5 replicate river water for the four analytes were 2.11,4.76,4.20 and 6.93%,respectively.For river water sample,10ng of total Se,SeO32-,SeO42-was spiked and analyzed,and the recovery was 95.1-102.6% (n =5).
