摘  要:观察滁菊水提物对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖症及脂代谢异常的影响。采用高脂饲料饲喂小鼠8周诱导动物肥胖模型,然后观察滁菊水提物及VitE干预对小鼠增重、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平的影响。滁菊水提物干预能显著减轻高脂饮食诱导的增重效应、抑制血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平的升高,而对HDL-C水平影响不大;与滁菊的抑制效应类似,抗氧化剂VitE干预也可显著抑制高脂饲料组小鼠的增重及血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平的增加,而对HDL-C水平无影响。滁菊水提物能有效预防高脂饮食诱导的肥胖症、高脂血症,其作用机理可能与其抗氧化活性有关。To observe the effects of aqueous extract from chrysanthemum morifolium of ChuJu on obesity and dyslipidemia induced by high-fat diet. Using high-fat feed to establish animal model of obesity in mouse for 8 weeks. Then to determine the influence on body weight gain, serum levels of TC, TG , LDL-C, HDL-C with intervention of aqueous extract from chuju or administration of Vitamin E. Chuju aqueous extract significantly attenuated high-fat diet induced body weight gain and inhibited the increase of serum TC, TG , LDL-C levels caused by high-fat diet , while without affecting HDL-C level. Treatment of antioxidant vitamin E exhibited similar inhibitory effects to that of Chuju aqueous extract, which significantly decreased body weight gain, serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels and had no effect on HDL-C level. Intake of Chuju aqueous extract can effectively prevents high-diet induced obesity or dyslipidemia, which may be associated with its antioxidant effects.
