摘　　要：结合地方院校的特点,从以下四个方面探讨了地方院校化工专业应用型人才培养模式:和地方产业结合,突出地方特色;重视实际需求,整合外部资源;重视实践和创新能力;建立科学合理的教师绩效评估体系。通过这些措施有效地提高化工专业应用型人才培养质量。Based on the characteristics of the local colleges, the training mode of students majored in chemical engineering in local colleges was explored, which included combination with local industry, paying attention to the practical requirement, integration of external resources, and focusing on the practical and innovation ability. The talent quality could be improved by taking these measures.
