黔产绞股蓝水解产物化学成分研究

摘　　要：利用10%硫酸-乙醇酸水解绞股蓝醇提物,所得水解产物经硅胶柱层析、重结晶方法进行分离纯化,波谱进行化合物结构鉴定。从黔产绞股蓝水解产物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为Dammara-20(22),24-diene-3,12-diol(1),α-菠甾醇(2),20(R)-原人参二醇(3),β-谷甾醇(4),3,5-二羟基-4’,7-二甲氧基黄酮(5),γ-谷甾醇(6)。其中化合物1和5为首次从绞股蓝中分离得到。The extract of Gynostemma pentaphyllum was hydrolyzed with 10% sulphuric acid, subsequently the compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and recrystallization, and their struc- tures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods herein. The results showed that six compounds were isolated identified as Dammara - 20（22）, 24 - diene - 3, 12 - diol （ 1 ）, α- Spinasterol （2）, 20（R） - Protopanax- adiol （ 3 ）, β - Sitosterol （4）, 3,5 - Dihydroxy - 4＇ , 7 - dimethoxyflavone （ 5 ）, γ - Sitosterol （ 6 ）. Com- pounds 1 and 5 were isolated from the hydrolysate of G. pentaphyllum for the first time.
