基于农户视角下的宅基地退出意愿实证分析

摘　　要：以江西省5个县区314份调查数据为依据,运用二元Logit模型估计从农户视角实证分析了影响农户宅基地退出意愿的因素,并重点分析了农户的宅基地产权认知因素。结果表明:在农户个体中,性别对其宅基地退出意愿有重要影响;农户家庭特征因素中家庭实际耕种和住房结构影响显著;此外欠发达地区农户的宅基地产权认知对其宅基地退出意愿具有一定的影响。According to 314 copies of questionnaire data collected in 5 counties of Jiangxi province, using the binary Logit model, the author empirically analyzed the factors affecting farmers＇ will of quitting their homestead, and emphatically explored the farmer＇ s cognition of homestead property fight. The results showed that ： for farmer individuals, the sex had an important influence On their will of quitting homestead ; for peasant households, the actual farming and house structure had obvious influences on farm- er＇ s will of quitting homestead; in underdeveloped areas, farmer＇ s cognition of homestead property fight had certain impacts on his will of quitting homestead.
