摘　　要：从"精细化管理"内涵出发,结合当前我国高校学生管理工作观念落后、考核不到位、制度落实性差等现状,通过转变高职学生管理理念、加强高职学生管理制度建设、做"精"做"细",加强制度执行力、建立科学、多元化考核评价体系等精细化管理措施来实现高职院校学生有效管理。The current management of college and vocational students is outdated in conception, improp- er in assessment and poor in implementation of management policy. It is necessary to transform the manage- ment concept of the students, to construct an effective management system by doing ＂fine ＂and＂ explicit＂, to strengthen the power of the execution of the system, and to establish a scientific and diversified sophisticate e- valuation system.
