生态文明视域下的碳交易问题研究综述

摘　　要：从生态文明建设的视角,综述当前学术界关于碳交易的必要性和可行性、碳交易市场政策制定与实践运行、中国碳交易问题、对策建议等方面的研究成果,指出研究中存在的不足和亟待解决的若干问题,提出要深入研究生态文明建设对碳交易的基本要求,研究碳交易制度建设问题,参与国际碳交易标准制定,提升中国低碳发展形象,推进生态文明建设。From the perspective of ecological civilization construction,the authors of this paper re-view the current research findings as regards the necessity and feasibility of carbon trading,mar-ket policy on carbon trading,the practice of carbon trading,China’s carbon trading problems and the corresponding countermeasures,point out some problems existing in the research,study the construction of carbon trading system and participation in the formulation of international carbon trading standards,and propose some basic requirements for carbon trading in the construction of ecological civilization,in the hope of enhancing the image of China’s low carbon development,and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.
