摘　　要：在阐述高校知识社群特点和作用的基础上,提出了基于Wiki的高校科研知识社群内部知识转移模式,指出通过网络平台可以提高高校科研知识社群内部知识转移的效率,促进社群成员知识的共享和吸收。The authors of this paper discuss the features and the role of the intellectual community of colleges and universities,present Wiki-based knowledge transfer mode within the community, and conclude that the network platform can improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer within the intellectual community of colleges and universities and promote the knowledge sharing and ab-sorption between the community members.
