胃痞消对胃癌前病变大鼠胃窦黏膜主细胞及壁细胞超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究胃痞消对胃癌前病变(PLGC)模型大鼠胃黏膜腺上皮主细胞、壁细胞超微结构的影响。方法:将大鼠分为6组:空白组,模型组,维酶素组,胃痞消高、中、低剂量组。运用MNNG溶液自由饮用、小承气汤灌胃法及饥饱失常的多因素造模方法制造大鼠PLGC的模型,观察各组大鼠胃黏膜主细胞、壁细胞的超微结构。结果:胃痞消改善了PLGC大鼠胃黏膜主细胞、壁细胞的超微结构。结论:胃痞消改善PLGC大鼠胃黏膜主细胞和壁细胞结构是其改善PLGC症状的机制之一。Objective： To observe the effects of Weipixiao on the ultrastructure of chief cell and parietal cell of gastric antrum mucosa in rats with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer （PLGC）. Methods： The rats were randomly divided into six groups, including normal, model, Vatacoenayme and three groups of Weipixiao in high dose, medium dose and low dose. To prepare the rat model of PLGC by giving MNNG and basal diet, Xiaochengqi Decoction by gavage and abnormal of starvation and full, then observed gastric mucosal ultrastructure of chief cells, parietal cells. Results： Weipixiao improved the ultrastructure of chief cells and parietal cells in rats with PLGC. Conclusion： The function of Weipixiao to improve the ultrastructure of chief cell and parietal cell was one of the mechanisms to improve symptoms of PLGC.
