摘　　要：英语专业蒙古族学生的人才培养质量直接关系到我国民族教育水平的提高,而人才培养方案是提高培养质量的关键。本课题旨在探索英语专业蒙古族学生的培养新思路,逐步建立以蒙古族学生为中心的个性化英语教学体系。实施过程中,采用问卷调查、测试数据统计、课堂实践教学、对比分析等方法发现问题,查找根源,通过制定新版人才培养方案、调整教学大纲、课程、编订教材等方面工作的实施解决问题,达到了提高英语专业蒙古族学生的培养质量的效果。The education of Mongolian English majors is a part of the education for national minorities. Tal- ent Training Schedule is the key for the quality of education. The project aims to explore a new way to educate Mongolian English majors and set up a student - centered teaching system. In the project, the methodologies such as questionnaires, statistic analysis of data, teaching practice and comparative analysis are applied. In ac- cordance with the problems in training, Talent Training Schedule and syllabus are remade to improve the train- ing quality.
