低张水灌肠螺旋CT双期增强扫描对结肠癌的诊断价值及应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨低张水灌肠螺旋CT双期增强扫描对结肠癌的诊断价值及临床应用,提高结肠癌的CT诊断及临床分期的准确性。方法:回顾性分析本院经手术、结肠镜活检病理证实的结肠癌45例,讨论其CT表现。结果:结肠癌CT表现为结肠壁增厚,软组织肿块,管腔不规则狭窄,管壁僵硬及局部管壁的异常强化;可清晰地显示病变的部位、大小、肠壁侵犯的深度、周围组织侵犯及淋巴结或远处脏器转移;定位准确率100%,定性准确率95.6%。结论:低张水灌肠螺旋CT双期增强扫描对结肠癌的诊断、术前分期、临床治疗方案的制定、估计预后等有重要的意义。Objective： To access the diagnosis value of MDCT double period enhance scanning presentations of colon cancer with low-tension water enteroclysis and its clinical application. To improve the accuracy of colon cancer CT diagnostic and clinical staging. Method： Clinical data of 45 patients with colon cancer were analyzed and their CT presentations were discussed. These patients were diagnosed by operations or colonoscopy biopsy. Result： The cry presentations included： deeper colon wall, soft issue mass, colon lumen irregular stenosis, stiffness and abnormal enhancement of the colon wall. It could clearly show the lesion size and location, depth of wall invasion, surrounding tissue invasion, metastasis to lymph node and distant organs. The accuracy of location diagnosis was 100%, the accuracy of qualitative diagnosis was 95.6%. Conclusion： MDCT double period enhance scanning presentations of colon cancer with low-tension water enteroclysis has a great clinical value to the diagnosis of colon cancer, clinical staging and clinical treatment plan formulation.
