摘　　要：卫生总费用时间序列核算过程中,涉及大量历史数据的追溯,由于各种原因导致历史数据的缺失,阻碍了总费用核算工作的进行。缺失数据的补齐,成为了总费用时间序列数据核算过程中的一个十分重要的环节。文章结合北京市卫生总费用数据收集过程中的具体情况,有效利用现有数据信息,灵活运用各种方法对缺失数据进行补齐,保证了总费用核算工作的顺利开展。In the time series accounting process of total health expenditure, which involves a large number of historical data, the accounting process of total health expenditure was blocked due to lack of historical data resulted by different reasons. Completing the missing data has become an important element in the time series data accounting process of total expenditure. According to the specific situation of total health expenditure data collecting process in Beijing, the existing data information was utilized effectively, the missing data was filled by various methods flexibly to insure the successful process of total expenditure accounting.
