摘 要:针对统一潮流控制器(UPFC)在调节电力线路潮流过程中存在的有功和无功功率相互影响等问题,通过分析UPFC数学模型,从UPFC实现传输线路潮流调节作用的角度出发,提出了并联变流器稳压控制、电压电流双闭环控制方法和串联变流器电压、电流、功率三环解耦控制策略,实现了UPFC直流电容电压恒定、输入端交流母线电压稳定和独立调节有功、无功潮流的功能。通过搭建UPFC并网仿真模型,验证了该控制策略在电力系统潮流调节中的有效性和可行性。Active and reactive powers interact in the process of power line flow regulation for unified power flow con- troller (UPFC). To solve the problem, the mathematical model of UPFC is analyzed, and the voltage control and dual closed-loop control method of voltage and current to the shunt converter, as well as three loop decoupling control strat- egy of voltage, current, power to the series converter are proposed from the perspective of transmission line flow regu- lation with UPFC. These controls realize the capabilities of constant capacitor voltage, voltage stability of AC bus and independent active and reactive power flow regulation to UPFC. A grid-connected simulation model of UPFC is estab- lished to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the control strategy in power flow regulation.
