季铵盐阳离子β-环糊精的制备及其在涤纶织物喷墨印花中的应用

摘  要:采用氯化胆碱、环氧氯丙烷对β-环糊精(β-CD)进行改性,制备季铵盐阳离子β-CD,其Zeta电位显著高于β-CD,用于涤纶织物预处理,可提高其对涤纶纤维的亲和力;涤纶织物上季铵盐阳离子β-CD具有包合性能,阻碍带有负电荷的墨滴向周围扩散,改善涤纶织物喷墨印花颜色深度和图案清晰度.分析涤纶预处理温度和pH对颜色深度的影响,结果表明,提高预处理温度和pH可增加喷墨印花颜色深度.Quaternary ammonium substituted β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), with much higher Zeta potential, was synthesized using choline chloride and epoxy chloropropane. It was used to pretreat polyester fabric and the affinity of β-CD to polyester fabric was improved. The quaternary ammonium substituted β-CD was capa-ble of including compound, which could prevent the electronegative ink droplets to spread. And the color depth and pattern clarity of the ink-jet printed polyester fabric were improved. The effects of pretreatment temperature and pH on the color depth of polyester were investigated. The results showed that higher pre-treatment temperature and pH was helpful to increase the color depth of ink-jet printed fabric.
