中国企业国有控股比率调整研究:基于国际竞争力及地区失业率的实证分析

摘　　要：文章旨在研究行业内国际竞争力以及地区间失业率水平如何影响中国本土企业结构调整。通过采用世界银行工业调查数据库中12 400份分布在中国100多个大中小型城市中的企业调查数据,研究发现,行业内国际竞争力的增加会对该行业中本土企业最优国有控股比率水平产生负向影响。当该本土企业相对于同行业内的外资企业在生产效率方面异常低效时,该负向效应将会逆转为正向。同时指出,地区间失业率水平将对该地区本土企业最优国有控股比率水平产生正向影响。This paper investigates the role of foreign competition and regional unemployment in influencing the privatiza- tion policy for domestic firms in China. Using the Enterprise Surveys by the World Bank in 2004 of more than twelve thousand Chinese finns located over 100 cities ,we find that the presence of foreign competition in a sector reduces the extent of state ownership in that sector, unless domestic firms are highly inefficient relative to foreign firms. We also find a positive relationship between unemployment rate in a regional and state ownership of domestic firms in the region.
