临床医学期刊论文的发表时滞与老化分析

摘　　要：对临床医学4种核心期刊2012年论文发表时滞进行分析,以论文发表时滞的平均值和全距来分析临床医学文献的时效性。采用莫蒂列夫修正式来计算文献的半衰期,通过对比分析可知,临床医学文献的半衰期为4.515年,比肿瘤学、妇产科学与儿科学、口腔科学等学科半衰期短,说明临床医学发展较快。根据文献半衰期,估计临床医学期刊文献的剔除年限为19.51年,对图书情报工作具有实际的指导意义。The paper analyses publication delay of papers in 4 core clinical journals in 2012, analyzes clinical document＇s timeli- ness by publication delay＇s average value and range. It uses modified equation of MOTUIeB to calculate document＇s half-life period. Through comparative analysis, it finds that half-life period of clinical document is 4.515 years which is short than that of oncology, ob- stetrics and gynecology and pediatrics, and stomatology, and shows that clinical medicine develops faster. According to document＇s half-life, the age limit of clinical document rejection is estimated to be 19.51 years, and this will be of guiding significance for library and information work.
