摘　　要：大学校园文化建设是高等教育质量提升工程体系的重要组成部分。良好的校园文化能够促进高等教育的健康发展,同时也是高等教育质量提升的内在要求。当代大学校园在构成上具有包容性和开放性,在发展上具有时代性和创新性,在功能上具有导向性和渗透性。良好的大学校园文化能够提升大学生文化素质,强化道德素质,增强政治素质,深化业务素质,促进身心素质。创新大学校园文化建设应该转变观念,深化认识;凝聚力量,全员参与;系统设计,长远规划;锐意创新,寻求特色。The collegiate campus culture construction is an important part of the quality improvement program of higher education. Good campus culture promotes not just the healthy development of higher education, but is also an inherent requirement made by the quality improvement of higher education. Constitutionally, today＇s collegiate campus is inclusive and open; developmentally, it keeps pace with the times and is innovative; and functionally, it is orientated and permeable. Good campus culture can improve student cultural quality, strengthen moral and political quality, deepen career quality and promote physical and mental quality. The innovation of the collegiate campus culture construction involves changing old ideas, gathering the strength, participating fully; designing systems, planning in a long run, innovating firmly and seeking specialty.
