摘　　要：在当前社会多元文化背景下,大学生群体主流思想健康积极向上,但对社会主义核心价值体系认识存在差异性和层次性,还不到位,呈现出不平衡性、不稳定性和不成熟性的特点。因此,深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神,在大学生群体中积极培育并确立以"三个倡导"为核心的社会主流价值观,努力推进社会主义核心价值体系大众化建设,是新时期高等学校思想政治教育的一项重大任务。切实提升社会主义核心价值体系教育的实效性,应完善思想政治教育机制、构筑理论宣传阵地、增强共同理想信念和营造校园文化氛围,逐步提高大学生对社会主义核心价值观的认同层次。In the current socially multicuhural background, college students＇ mainstream ideology is healthy and positive in general, but difference and absence exist in the understanding of the socialist core value system, which is characterized as imbalance, instability and immaturity. Therefore, it is a significant task in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new period to implement the spirit of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party, actively cultivate and establish the social mainstream values among college students which have the ＂three advocates＂ function as core and make efforts to push forward the popularization of the socialist core value system. Really strengthening the effectiveness of the socialist core value system education involves sticking to completing the ideological and political education mechanism, constructing the positions of theoretical propaganda, strengthening the common ideal and belief, creating the atmosphere of campus culture, and gradually upgrading college students＇ identification with the socialist core values.
