摘 要:由于枪管直径小,管壁薄及膛线等特点,给超声缺陷检测带来很大的难度,且膛线波严重干扰了超声回波信号的识别。比较膛线波与伤回波,提出了读取回波信号的幅度和时间特征量的方法,来消除膛线波的干扰。为克服单探头检测可能造成漏检的缺点,采用数据融合技术,综合两个探头局部探伤结果来确定缺点,提高了判伤的准确率。The barrel had some features such as small diameter, thin wall and arc trough on inner wall etc,which made it difficult for ultrasonic detecting. And the waves reflected from the inside rifling have badly interfered the i- dentification of echo signal. Compared with the defect echo and rifling wave, the defects were identified through pro- cessing method of extracting double characteristic values of time and amplitude of echo signal, it is used to eliminate the interference of rifling wave. For overcoming the disadvantage of single probe data, the local detection results of the two probes were synthesized by data fusion technology, so that the accuracy of defect detection was improved.
