摘  要:研究紫苏叶促进肠蠕动与健胃消食的作用。实验分成两大组(A组,B组)。A组SD大鼠68只,随机分8组:阴性对照组、阳性对照组(1.4 g/kg)、紫苏叶石油醚提取物低剂量组(15 g/kg)、中剂量组(30g/kg)、高剂量组(60 g/kg),乙醇提取物低剂量组(10 g/kg)、中剂量组(20 g/kg)、高剂量组(30 g/kg)。连续给药10 d,测大鼠小肠碳末推进百分率。B组SD大鼠56只,随机分7组:阴性对照组、紫苏叶石油醚提取物及乙醇提取物大、中、小剂量组。连续给药8d,测大鼠胃部总酸度和总酸排出量。结果表明:与阴性对照组相比,各剂量组大鼠小肠碳末推进百分率与总酸排出量均增高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。紫苏叶的石油醚提取物及乙醇提取物具有促进肠胃消化吸收的作用。To investigate the effect of perilla leaf on improving gastrointestinal digestion and absorption and the pos- sible key constituent in perilla leaf. Divide the experiment into two groups ( group A, group B) . In group A : A to- tal of 68 SPF SD rats were divided into 8 groups : negative control group,positive control group( 1.4 g/kg) ,low dosage of the petroleum ether extract group (15 g/kg), mid dosage of the petroleum ether extract group (30 g/kg), high dosage of the petroleum ether extract group(60 g/kg), low dosage of ethanol extract group (10 g/kg) mid dos- age of ethanol extract group(20 g/kg), high dosage of ethanol extract group(30 g/kg). Test the percentage of in- testinal charcoal powder removal after ten days effect . In group B , a total of 56 SPF SD rats were divided into 7 groups:negative control group, low, mid and high dosage of the petroleum ether extract groups, low, mid and high dosage of ethanol extract groups. Test the total acidity of gastric juice and the excretion of total acid after eight days' effect. Compared with the negative control group , the percentage of intestinal charcoal powder removal and the ex- cretion of total acid of other groups were remarkably increased. PeriUa leaf could remarkably develop gastrointesti-nal digestion and absorption. It was the petroleum ether extract and ethanol extract that play a role in the effect.
