摘 要:通过本校普通全日制2008级至2012级新生的心理普查,对16 883份卡特尔16PF有效问卷与中国大学生男、女生常模,以及校内的差异进行比较,结果显示,16PF各项人格因素均分基本居中值,除男女生的怀疑位于低分,兴奋位于高分,恃强、敢为和女生的乐群、男生的聪慧趋向高分外,与中国大学生男、女生常模存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。第二级因素各项均分基本居中值;应用因素的专业成就与创造能力低分倾向比例高达四成以上;16PF各项因素在校内存在性别、生源和专业之间的显著性差异(P<0.05)。鉴于"90后"大学新生人格特征的新特点和差异,学校人才培养方案应考虑其健全人格的培养,并按其专业特点予以引导。According to the psychological census of the freshmen of 2008--2013 and a comparison between the 16883 valid Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaires and norms of Chinese male and female college students, with differences within WHPU considered, it is revealed that most of the factors shown in the above-mentioned 16PF questionnaires are in mid-range, which is of significant difference from the norms of Chinese male and female col- lege students (P 〈 0.05 ), while the vigilance of all students is in low range and the liveliness in high range, and the dominance, social boldness of all students, warmth of female students and reasoning of male students are in high range. Responses to eight second-order factor scales are basically in mid-range, except that over 40% students scored low on professional efficacy and creativity. Results vary obviously within the university as the gender, origin and major of students change (P 〈 0.05 ). In view of the new personality features and differences of post-90s col- lege freshmen, the university should take into consideration the cultivation of healthy personality while making talent training schemes and give instructions based on respective features of each major.
