新建本科院校应用型创新人才培养路径研究——基于大学组织结构理论

摘　　要：在高等教育大众化阶段,大学组织结构已从精英化大学组织结构转化为"为社会服务"的大众化大学组织结构。徘徊于精英教育和大众化教育两种体系之间的新建本科高校,为了适应区域经济建设的需要,必须十分鲜明地确立大众化的发展路径,以大学的组织结构理论构建应用型创新人才的培养模式,由创业者组织结构向大众化大学组织结构转型。因此,确立"本科学历教育与职业技能培养"相结合的人才培养模式,应是新建本科高校可持续发展的应用型创新人才培养路径。With the trend of higher education popularization, The purpose of university organization and structure has transformed from the aim on elite into the aim on service for society. Wandering between the two systems of elite education and popularization education, Newly built undergraduate universities should not hesitate any more in establishing its developing route of popularization in order to adapt to the need of regional economic construction. The cultivation mode for applied and creative talents should be set up into the theory of university organization and structure. The structure of University organization should be transformed from the aim at＂ entrepreneur education＂ in- to ＂popularization education＂. So, the talent cultivating mode of ＂combination of bachelor degree education with oc- cupational skill training＂ should be established and it should be the cultivation mode for applied and creative talents in newly built undergraduate universities with the aim at sustainable development.
