中医药联合同步放化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医药联合放化疗治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌(nonsmall cell lung cancer NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法50例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(25例),治疗组采用自拟中药养阴清肺汤口服联合常规放化疗;对照组仅用常规放化疗。观察两组患者的治疗总有效率、生存率和不良反应。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为84.0%、对照组治疗总有效率为72.0%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组放射性肺炎发生率为20.0%,对照组放射性肺炎发生率为48.0%,治疗组放射性肺炎发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药联合常规放化疗治疗Ⅲ期NSCLC安全有效并能减少放射性肺炎的发生率。Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy for stage Ⅲ nonsmall cell lung cancer （NSCLC） clinical curative effect.Methods 50 patients with stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=25） and control group （n=25）.The treatment group with Chinese medicine Yangyinqingfei decoction combined with chemotherapy.The control group was treated only with chemotherapy.The total effective rate,survival rate and adverse reaction were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 84％.The total effective rate of control group was 72％.The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than control group,but no statistical significance（P＞0.05）.The radioactive pneumonia incidence rate of treatment group and control group were 20％ and 48％ （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy in treatment of stage Ⅲ NSCLC is safe and effective.
