摘　　要：目的探讨弹性排班对ICU患者护理质量和患者满意度的影响。方法将40例ICU患者分为观察组和对照组各20例,对照组采用常规排班模式,观察组采用弹性排班模式,比较两组护士的SCL-90自评量表评分,护理质量、医生和患者的满意度。结果观察组护士的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感、精神病性评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分、护理差错的发生率、医生对护理工作的满意度、患者的满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论弹性排班有利于实现护理资源的合理利用,降低了护士工作的压力,促进了护理质量的整体提高。Objective To investigate the effect of elastic shift arrangement on nursing quality and patient satisfaction in ICU patient.Methods 40 patients of ICU were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional scheduling model and the observation group was given elastic shift arrangement.The nurses of SCL-90self-rating scale score,quality of care,physicians and patients＇ satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Somatizations,depression,anxiety,interpersonal sensitivity,psychotic score in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P＜0.05）.The quality score,the incidence of nursing errors,doctors＇ satisfaction,patients＇ satisfaction in the observation group were better than the control group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The elastic shift arrangement is conducive to the realization of nursing to the rational use of resources,reduce the nurses＇ working pressure,and promote the nursing quality to improve the overall.
