信息作为生产力要素之探讨

摘　　要：信息作为生产力要素是知识经济的基础与前提 ,它给社会生产力带来的是从质到量的深刻变革。一个国家的生产力愈高 ,它的信息力就愈大。信息力是社会生产力的一个分力 ,是一个国家对信息利用程度以及对信息发挥作用程度的综合指标 ,它具有五个分作用力 :粘合作用力、波及作用力、调控作用力、决策作用力、增殖作用力。因此 ,信息理论是现代生产力的产物 ,信息是生产力系统的构成要素之一。当今信息时代 ,需要我们用现代信息理论去分析生产力 ,将信息作为生产力要素的研究有着重要意义。Information as the essential elements of productive forces is the foundation and prerequisite of knowlege economy,it brings profound vicissitudes from quality to quantity for social productive forecs.In the light of a nation,the more high productive forces the more big information force.The information forec is a branch force of social productive forces,it is also the synthetic target of degree for utilizing information and playing a role of information of a nation.It has five forces of branch role,i.e.l.the sticking role force,waving role force,regulation and control role force,decision role force and breeding role force.Hence information theory is the products of modern productive forces,information is one of the constitutional essential elements of the system of productive forces.In information age today,it is necessary for us to analysis productive forces by using modern information theory ,to study information as the essential elements of productive forces has important significance.
