摘　　要：目的:描述成都市临床护士职业认同的现状并对影响临床护士职业认同的因素进行分析。方法:用自行修改的《临床护士职业认同调查问卷》对三家医院的注册护士进行调查。结果:成都市临床护士职业认同总平分为67.98±9.60;对护士职业认同的影响因素的研究中,按重要性排序分别为:对目前的工资收入的满意程度、医院级别、择业动机。结论:成都市临床护士职业认同属一般认同,对收入的不满意是最主要的影响因素。Objective ： To describe the present situation of clinical nurses＇occupation identityin Chengdu and analyze its influ- encing factors. Methods： Self＇designed ＂clinical nurse occupation identity questionnaire＂ was used to investigate registered nurses of three hospitals. Results： Theaverage occupation identity score of clinical nurses in Chengdu is 67.98 ± 9.60. The influencing- factors of clinical nurses＇occupation identity, in the order of importance, are： satisfaction ofcurrent wage income, hospital level, ca- reer motivation. Conclusion： The occupation identity ofclinical nurses in Chengdu is moderate, and income satisfaction is the major influencing factor.
