摘　　要：根据现阶段信息弱势群体的特征,当前公共图书馆面向信息弱势群体的工作重点为信息援助。通过分析信息弱势群体的信息行为和影响信息弱势群体信息能力的各种因素,构建公共图书馆面向信息弱势群体信息援助模式及其工作流程,提高公共图书馆为信息弱势群体服务的效率。The authors believe that information assistance can be considered as the current focus of public libraries for information disadvantaged groups, according to the characteristics of information disadvantaged groups in this stage. The paper analyzes the information behavior of the information disadvantaged groups and the factors influencing their information capabilities; constructs the public library information assistance model and its work flows oriented to the information disadvantaged groups. The authors hope that it can help to improve the efficiency of the public library information services for information disadvantaged groups.
