摘 要:目的研究汉族羽毛球运动员血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失(I/D)多态分布特点,为进一步探讨羽毛球运动员的群体遗传背景提供理论依据。方法采用PCR法、DNA测序、Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律、SPSS统计学分析汉族羽毛球运动员ACE基因I/D多态性特点,并与不同专项运动员比较。结果羽毛球运动员ACE基因多态与普通汉族人群相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分别与马拉松、游泳运动员相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05;P<0.01),而与武术、举重运动员比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ACE D等位基因可作为羽毛球运动员选材的遗传标记;不同专项运动员之间ACE基因I/D多态分布不同。Objective The study was conducted to assess the distribution characteristics of insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism of the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) gene among Han badminton players, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the ex- ploration of the population genetics of badminton players. Methods I/D polymorphism of the ACE gene of Han badminton players were analyzed by PCR, DNA sequencing, the Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium, and SPSS statistical analysis, and were compared with other professional athletes. Results ACE gene polymorphism of the badminton players were significantly different from the general Han population (P〈0.05), as well as marathon runners and swimmers (P〈0.05 and P〈0.01, respectively), but had no significant dif- ference from martial arts athletes and weightlifters (/:%0.05). Conclusion The results suggest that ACE D allele may be considered as a genetic marker in the selection of badminton players and that different professional athletes have different distributions of I/D polymorphism of the ACE gene.
