摘　　要：目的探讨乳酸杆菌对过敏性鼻炎大鼠血清中VCAM-1和IL-8含量的影响。方法 SD大鼠40只随机分为正常组、模型组、乳酸杆菌组及阳性药对照组4组。建立大鼠卵白蛋白致敏模型,取各组大鼠鼻腔黏膜病理切片后计数嗜酸性粒细胞,采用ELISA法定量检测试验各组大鼠血清VCAM-1和IL-8的含量。结果模型组VCAM-1和IL-8的含量显著高于正常组(P<0.05);乳酸杆菌组VCAM-1和IL-8的含量均显著低于模型组(P<0.05);乳酸杆菌组各项指标与阳性药对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论乳酸杆菌可降低过敏性鼻炎大鼠血清中VCAM-1和IL-8含量,减轻鼻黏膜变应性炎症。Objective The study aimed to explore the effect of Lactobacillus on the levels of serum VCAM-1 and IL-8 in rats with allergic rhinitis. Methods 40 SD rates were randomly divided into a normal group, a model group, a Lactobacillus group, and a pos- itive control group. An ovalbumin-induced inflammation model was created; sections of nasal mucosa of the rats were obtained and the numbers of eosinophils therein were measured. The levels of VCAM-1 and IL-8 in serum of the rats were quantified by ELISA. Results The model group had significantly higher levels of VCAM-1 and IL-8 than the normal group （P〈0.05）, and the levels of VCAM-1 and IL-8 in the Lactobacillus group were significantly lower than those in the model group （P〈0.05）. No statistical differ- ences were observed in all biochemical indicators between the Lactobacillus group and the positive control group. Conclusion Lac- tobacillus can lower the levels of serum VCAM-1 and IL-8 in rats with allergic rhinitis and reduce allergic inflammation of the nasal mucosa.
