摘 要:数字控制方式通常存在一拍滞后延时。这种延时容易引起PI调节器出现超调和振荡,给永磁同步电机电流环带宽的提高带来不利影响。理论分析基础上,提出一种简易的改进方法,在调节器输出环节考虑一拍滞后的影响,达到提升电流环动态性能的目的;提出一种PI参数设计规则,实现对电流无超调的快速控制。仿真和实验结果表明,所提改进方案可使电流在两个周期内无超调地跟踪上电流指令,并且可使PI参数的稳定域拓宽近一倍。所提改进方案可显著提高电流环动态性能,而且需要增加的计算量少,实用性强。There is usually a one-step-delay in digital control application. It is likely to cause overshoot and oscillation of PI regulator, which adversely affects the dynamic performance improvement of current loop of permanent magnet synchronous motor. On the basis of the theoretical analysis, a simple improved method was presented, where the one-step-delay was taken into consideration in output of regulator, aiming to enhance current dynamic performance. Besides, a design approach of proportional and integral parameters was proposed to achieve rapid control of current without overshoot. The simulation and experimental results show that the current can track command within two sampling periods without overshoot if the improved method is adopted. Meanwhile, the stability domain of parameters can be nearly doubled. The proposed improved method is helpful to significantly improve the dynamic performance of current loop, and needs a small amount of additional calculation, which implies its strong practicability.
