64排螺旋CT对胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究胰腺实性假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的64排螺旋CT表现,探讨64排螺旋CT在胰腺实性假乳头状瘤术前诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析6例经手术和病理证实的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者的64排螺旋CT影像资料及相关临床资料。结果 6例肿瘤均为女性、单发,位于胰头3例,胰体1例,胰尾2例;6例均为囊实性,2例可见钙化。结论胰腺实性假乳头状瘤具有典型的影像学表现,64排螺旋CT增强扫描及多种重建技术能准确地反应胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的影像学特点,具有重要的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the 64-slice spiral CT imaging manifestations of solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas （SPTP） to explore the value of 64-slice spiral CT in the preoperative diagnosis of SPTP. Methods Analyzed the 64-slice spiral CT imaging data and relevant clinical data of six patients who were diagnosed with SPTP through operation results and pathology results retrospectively. Results The six solitary tumors were located in the head of pancreas （three cases）, body of pancreas （one case） and tail of pancreas （two cases）, respectively. There were two calcified tumors in six solitary tumors which were all cystic and solid. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT enhancement scan combined with various reconstruction techniques can accurately reflect the imaging features of SPTP with typical imaging manifestations, which indicates that 64-slice spiral CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of SPTP.
