摘　　要：在我国社会结构和社会过程的迅速变迁中,农民工阶层以其规模和影响成为变迁的主体阶层之一。本文基于社会互构论的视角,认为农民工问题的形成和解决是社会学基本问题在当代的生动具体的展现。农民工阶层认同是"自我与他者"互构共建的结果,其群体地位感知、阶层意识和阶层行为构成自我认定的一面,国家政策导向、地方政府举措和社会舆论构成他者认可的一面。新生代农民工问题则体现了上述两方面互构的延续和变化。农民工阶层及其问题解决具有战略性意义,因而中国现代性的特征也将受其影响。In the fast changing of China social structure and social process, migrant workers become main stratum with its size and influence. Based on the perspective of social mutual-construction theory, this paper considers that the problem of migrant workers is a vivid concrete manifestation of sociological basic prob- lem. The migrant worker＇s stratum identity has been a result of mutual-construct between self and the others. The migrant workers＇ perception of group status, stratum self-identity, and national policy guidance, local government recognition. The problem of new of having strategic significance, ge the consciousness, stratum behavior constitute its s measures, public opinion constitute its others＇ neration reflects continuous change of above mutual-construction. Because situation of migrant workers stratum will influence China＇ s modernity.
