摘　　要：本文首先解读“协同创新”，随后提出了“协同创新”的基础、本质及本质要求。“协同创新”的基础是“协作”。“协同创新”的本质是将资源和要素有效汇聚，通过突破创新主体间的壁垒，充分释放彼此间“人才、资本、信息、技术”等创新要素的活力，实现深度合作，推陈出新，达成目标或解决问题。Having interpreted what is meant by ＂collaborative innovation＂, this paper moves on to a discus- sion of its basis, characteristics, and essential requirements. The basis of collaborative innovation is collabora- tion, which is characterized by an effective pooling of resources and other factors of production, a breaking through the barriers between innovative subjects, an adequate unleashing of the vigor of human resources, capi- tal, information or technology etc., and an in-depth cooperation, with an eye to constant innovating and attaining specific targets or successful solutions.
